DESCRIPTION:Co-op Membership Dues\nRunning our co-op takes more than just enthusiasm\, it takes real resources. As administrators\, we personally contribute over $40 each month each to keep things going. Your dues of just $40 per participating semester help share the load so our co-op can stay strong\, grow\, and keep offering the experiences we all enjoy. \nThese dues are 100% reinvested into the co-op. Every dollar goes directly toward making our activities\, events\, and shared resources possible. \nWhat Your Dues Help Us Cover\nYour membership supports every part of what makes our co-op thrive: \n\nShared resources – supplies for meet-ups\, group activities\, and workshops\nMeeting space costs – rent for specific event locations or donations to host locations (like the churches that generously open their doors to us without a regular fee)\nWorkshop & activity materials – tools\, printed guides\, and hands-on project supplies\nCommunity outreach – community promotions & service projects (like our women and children’s center backpack event or supplies for the community garden)\nShared equipment upkeep – repairs\, replacements\, upgrades\, and fuel for pre-approved carpooling\nHospitality – drinks and snacks to make gatherings fun and inviting\nSpecial events – seasonal celebrations\, guest speakers\, and member-led initiatives\nAdministrative costs – website hosting\, registration fees\, printing\, and other behind-the-scenes necessities\n\nWhat Dues Don’t Cover\nWhile your membership dues cover a lot\, there are a few things outside their scope: \n\nField trip admissions – these are paid individually\, though we do our best to secure group discounts whenever possible.\nCuriosity Untamed materials – participation is voluntary but highly encouraged\nSpecial event extras – dues help\, but don’t fully cover large celebration food\, decorations\, or special supplies. Members are welcome to pitch in when possible.\n\n\nPayment Terms\nWe accept payment in the following ways: \n\nOnline (preferred): Use the “tickets” prompt below to pay for your membership online.\nIn person: We will also accept cash payments on Friday\, January 30th during our meet-up. Please bring exact change if possible\, or there may be a delay in returning change.\n\nPayment deadline: All dues must be received by February 13th to secure your membership for the semester. If payment or other arrangements are not made by February 13th\, we will need to pause your website and Telegram chat access until your membership is active again. \n💡 Online payments help us process memberships faster and keep our records accurate\, but we’re happy to see you in person if you prefer to pay at a meet-up. \n\nRefund Policy\nWe aim to keep things transparent and simple: \n\nRefund window: Refunds are available only for the remaining days of August. No refunds will be issued after February 13th.\nHow to request: Contact us by email at fund@mosiacmustangs.com or in person before August 31 with your reason for requesting a refund.\nAfter February 13th: All dues payments are final—no exceptions. We understand life can change unexpectedly\, which is why we only ask for a semester-by-semester commitment rather than a full-year obligation. Dues are due bi-annually on August 15th and January 15th.\nIf dues are a hardship: We never want finances to keep anyone from being part of our co-op family. If dues are difficult for you but you wish to remain an active member\, please talk with us. We can work together to find other ways you can contribute above and beyond—through your time\, talents\, or resources—since we already ask parents to participate based on their strengths.

Additional vehicles are required to park in the overflow parking lot with the purchase of Daily Activity Pass and Additional Vehicle Pass provided by the Park Host at the gatehouse. Camping unit(s) on a campsite may include only one RV\, one tent and/or two tents.
